Sound waves

My plug inserted in the machine, and the CD rotates.
Pulsing through my wires is sound,
Jumbled, clattering sound.
Flowing out of my soft, foamy speakers,
This sound turns to a quiet sound with beats and
Rhythms.
This quiet sound, with its beats and its rhythms,
Changes to
Music.
First, long-beated,
Slow-rhythmed
Jazz.
Then, up-beated,
Faster-rhythmed
Pop.
Next, fast-beated,
Rushing-rhythmed,
Thumping,
Blasting
Rock.
And now, all jumbled and contorted is the
Music;
I do not know which type.
And, slowly, the confusing blasting music changes
Back into rock,
Back into pop,
Back into slow, smooth jazz,
Until it can no longer be called music, but sound.
